Realization of the YALS seminar “Successful management of an educational institution – European model”
The YALS program “Successful management of an educational institution – European model”, accredited by the Institute for the Improvement of Education and Training (ZUOV), was successfully organized in Niš, Kikinda and Zrenjanin in November 2014.
The program is the result of 15 years of work by private foreign language schools, members of YALS, in the field of academic management and quality control, and the goal of the program is the professional training of directors and assistant directors of educational institutions. The author of the program is Marija Pejatović, President of YALS, and together with her, the co-authors and producers are Jelena Spasić (Oxford School, Leskovac), Maja Gavrilović (Livingston, Belgrade) and Sofija Ljiljak-Vukajlović (Tom & Ema, Belgrade).
The program was conceived and implemented through a series of lectures and interesting workshops with an emphasis on practical and useful instructions and forms for successful management of an educational institution. About 70 directors and assistant directors attended the training, and the evaluations show that the participants are extremely satisfied with the knowledge and materials they received.
