This year’s Eaquals Members’ Meeting was held in Belgrade. It lasted three days, from 13 till 15 November.

Richard Rossner, EAQUALS Chair and Danijela Veljkovic, YALS member, opened the Meeting.
’’EAQUALS has had its members in South-East European states for many years, but this gathering in Belgrade is the first in the Balkans,’’ said the first man in Eaquals while greeting numerous guests from all around Europe.
’’YALS (Association of Language Schools of Serbia) celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, and for 13 years we have had a very successful cooperation with Eaquals, as its associate member,’’ said Danijela Veljkovic. She also emphasised that ’’with the help of Eaquals and the British Council of Serbia, YALS has become a symbol of quality as far as language teaching and managing schools are concerned.’’
The Meeting, which was held in the Moskva Hotel, was also attended by Tony O’Brien, director of the British Council in Belgrade, and Vesna Stakic, Dijana Kisic and Gorana Necic, YALS members.
