On the premises of the Youth Office in Sabac, on Tuesday, November 5, the representative of the British Council, Kristijan Rajković, presented diplomas to participants of the English for IT course, which was held as part of the “English for International Cooperation – Active Citizens” project. The course for young people from Šač was organized during March and April of this year, 12 participants attended it, and excellent results were achieved. Dušan Vukajlović from the Lingva school from Valjevo addressed those present at the graduation ceremony, who on behalf of YALS thanked the British Council for the projects it implements in Serbia and thereby confirms the high level of social responsibility towards our country. In addition, the importance of the cooperation that the British Council has developed with YALS was emphasized, as well as the fact that YALS has become a reliable and desirable partner of the Council. At the very end of the ceremony, teacher Marija Matić, who was a lecturer on the course, handed out books in English as a gift from Lingva to the most successful participants.
