YALS 2006 literary competition<\/p>\n
1st YALS Literary Competition, initiated by Oxford School from Leskovac,\u00a0 was held in April 2006 and the winners announced on May 3, 2006.<\/p>\n
The themes were assigned by levels:<\/p>\n
A1 \u2013 My Special Day\u00a0 (from 60 to 80 words)<\/p>\n
A2 \u2013 My Town\/ City (up to 100 words)<\/p>\n
B1 \u2013 Short story ending with the sentence: \u201d… It was the strangest experience of my life\u201d. (120 to 150 words)<\/p>\n
B2 \u2013 Article You are Never Alone in This Country\u00a0 (120 to 180 words)<\/p>\n
C1 \u2013 Discursive essay (250 words) Young People Should Never Emigrate to Other Countries<\/p>\n
